Hi I'm Jane, and I've developed an affinity for coffee over the years.

While I used to be fine grabbing a cup from a deli or coffee cart in New York City, my many years of travel internationally and living all over the US have exposed me to some amazing coffee. No matter the city or time zone, a great cup of coffee was always how I looked forward to starting my day — the one small ritual that made everything seem possible.

But it wasn't until I lived in Oregon for a bit that I became exposed to specialty coffee roasters. I was always sampling different product and began playing around with ways to brew coffee from the standard drip machine to a French Press and pour-over.

Along the way, I realized I wanted to share that ritual with people who love coffee as much as I do. So I partnered with a family-owned, small-batch roaster in Southern California and got to work curating the beans I'd want to put my name behind. Dear Mornings is the result: coffee I trust enough to share, chosen the way I'd choose it for someone I care about.

Think about it (coming from someone who writes for a living) as my love letter to mornings. There’s no better way to start the day than looking forward to brewing a great cup of coffee.
